FireSideVPN Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FireSideVPN's services, including our software, applications, and websites (collectively, "Services"), provided by FireSide Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). 6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement there of) are owned by FireSide Enterprises LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FireSide Enterprises LLC does not warrant the Services being uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will FireSide Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or in ability to use, the Services, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise), even if foreseeable.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled under the rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association in the jurisdiction where FireSide Enterprises LLC is registered.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FireSide Enterprises LLC regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.
